Ireland’s own take on the Italian classic, handmade daily on the Ferry family farm in West Cork using milk and cream from their herd of grass-fed water buffalo. A delicate outer shell of stretched buffalo mozzarella gives way to a luxuriously creamy, gooey centre — the perfect balance of earthy sweetness and rich texture. All-natural, vegetarian, and free from artificial additives, it’s best enjoyed simply, torn open over crusty bread, tomatoes, and a drizzle of good olive oil.
