Villani’s Tartufó brings together two Italian classics in one indulgent slice: the silky richness of mortadella and the unmistakable fragrance of truffle. Made using only the finest cuts — skinned and degreased pork shoulder, throats for the lardons — and finished with flakes of fine Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum), it’s a celebration of fragrance and flavour built for the most discerning palates. Sliced and ready to serve, this 110g pack is gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from added polyphosphates — ideal on an antipasti board, or simply on its own with a good crusty bread. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving to bring out the full aroma.
